Participation Agreement

This is a plain-language draft so you know what to expect before you arrive. It is not the document you sign.

Riders e-sign the current, binding version of this agreement during onboarding. Sign in to complete onboarding. The sections below are placeholders that describe the intent of the agreement in general terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

Motocross and off-road riding are inherently dangerous activities that can result in serious injury or death. Participants acknowledge that they understand these risks and choose to take part voluntarily.

2. Release & Waiver of Liability

In exchange for being allowed to participate, participants agree to release the park, its owners, staff, and partners from claims arising out of ordinary risks of the activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Specific terms and limits are set out in the binding agreement.

3. Medical Consent

Participants consent to receive first aid and emergency medical care from on-site staff or emergency responders if needed, and agree that their HealthQR information may be shared with the medical crew in an emergency. Learn about our safety standard.

4. Rules & Conduct

Participants agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, the track light system, and gear requirements. The park may suspend or remove anyone whose conduct puts themselves or others at risk.

5. Media Release

Photos and video are sometimes captured at the park. Participants may be asked to allow the park to use images that include them for promotional purposes. The binding agreement will describe how to opt out.

6. Minors & Guardians

A parent or legal guardian must review and sign on behalf of any participant under 18, accepting these terms for the minor and agreeing to supervise their participation as required.
