What we collect
Account details you provide (name, contact info), booking and payment records, and information you add for safety such as emergency contacts and HealthQR medical details. We also collect basic usage data to keep the site working.
How we use it
To run your account, process bookings and passes, keep you and other riders safe at the gate, and communicate with you about your visits. We don't sell your personal information.
HealthQR & medical data
HealthQR information is handled with care and kept private. It is made available to our medical crew at the gate and in an emergency so responders have what they need in seconds — it is not used for advertising. See how HealthQR works.
COPPA & minors
Accounts for riders under 18 are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Minors are never contacted directly — all communication goes through the guardian who manages the account.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate: payments are processed by Stripe, and transactional email is sent through Resend. These providers only receive what they need to do their job.

You can review and update your account details, manage the accounts of minors you supervise, and ask us about the information we hold. Reach out any time using the contact below.
