Use of site
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or misuse other riders' information. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
Bookings & payments
Sessions, passes, and other items may be reserved and paid for through the site. Prices and availability can change, and a booking is confirmed only once payment is processed by our payment provider.
Cancellations & credits
Plans change and weather happens. Our general approach is to offer credits or rescheduling within a reasonable window before a session. Specific cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking.
Conduct
On-site, all riders and guests must follow posted rules, staff instructions, and safety requirements. We may refuse or revoke access for conduct that endangers people or property.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep information like schedules and conditions accurate, but we can't guarantee it is always error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Quarry is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. Risks related to riding are covered by the participation agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the park and services evolve. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
